Thanks to the Beauty Department, we have this super awesome tutorial on how you can make your lips a little more lipstick ready and softer. Just take a washed out mascara brush, dip it in some of your favorite lip balm. Rub it on your lips in a circle like motion, then tissue it off. Voila!
